EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. LO observed a piece of fall height equipment, measuring four feet, installed over a hard surface in one room of the facility. Additionally, the play equipment did not have the recommended six feet of clearance.
Corrective action. Licensee Contact stated the play equipment would be moved to another space to address the above concerns.
