August 12, 2025Routine Inspection3 non-critical
- C2.1 - Are written policies and procedures in place to guide employees in all matters regarding the care and supervision of children?Non-critical

- C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical
Observation. The licensing officer found supplies hampering the fire exit door. Fire exits must remain unobstructed and accessible at all times to ensure children can be evacuated quickly and safely. This was corrected during inspection. The licensing officer found both program rooms have carpet that is not laying flat. This can cause a tripping hazard resulting in injury to children in care. Submit by Sept 23, 2025, how you have addressed the requirement of ensuring the facility is free from hazards.
- C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical
Observation. The licensing officer found identifying features were missing on children's files. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires that current records for each child contain identifying personal information. In the event of an emergency this information can be used to identify a child. Submit by August 26, 2025, how you have addressed the requirement to have all the required information to identify a child.
