  Observation. Several children have Asthma noted on the Registration form and the requirement to have a puffer but no Asthma Care Plans are completed and on file. 1 child has an egg allergy noted on the Registration form. There is no Allergy Care Plan for this child. What happens if the child is accidentally exposed? If the allergy does not require medication or an emergency procedure this should be stated by the parent on the Reg form.
