  Observation. A wooden cupboard in the hall area leading to the outdoor stairs that has a label confirming Blossoms equipment is not bolted to the wall.

  The licensee keeps a current record for each child showing the information required. [CCLR Sec. 57]

  Observation. Many children did not have the Care Card/Personal Health Number noted on the Reg form or Emergency card. One child has a ? noted by the parent for a seafood allergy. Confirm with the parent by March 17/25 if the child has an allergy or not/and if that child requires emergency medication.
