  Observation. The white shelving unit in the LST room requires bolting to the wall to prevent falling on children in the event of an Earthquake/or child pulling. Ensure completed by January 5/25 Send photo confirmation.

  Observation. The LST room did not have the emergency consent forms on site today.

  Observation. The lock on one of the bathroom stalls is broken. This could prevent a child from being able to close the door for privacy. There are open cleaning/disinfecting liquids under the sink in an unlocked cupboard in the bathroom. The staff informed the LO that these cleaners belong to the school. If cleaning/disinfecting liquids/supplies are to be kept in this cupboard a lock is required.
