  Observation. Licensing observed one staff facilitating a music and movement activity using songs through the classroom tablet, the said staff was looking at the tablet to find songs, while another staff was supervising children engaged in tabletop activities. A third staff was occupied signing a child in. During this time, Licensing observed children climbing on cabinets and pulling down a cabinet, which subsequently fell to the ground.

  Observation. Licensing observed the following items during today's visit: *A child place an animal figure in their mouth. A staff member removed the toy from the child and placed it back in the toy box without cleaning it. *A staff member using the same single-use glove during the process of diaper changing for a child, this practice poses a risk of cross-contamination.

  Children are provided with a comprehensive and coordinated program of indoor and outdoor activities that is designed for the development and care of the children, and is appropriate for the age and development of the children. [CCLR Sec. 44(1)(a)(b)(c) and Schedule(G)]

  Observation. Licensing observed a lack of materials in the JK1 A room, with cabinets and shelving units empty.

  Observation. Licensing observed a rip in the diaper-changing mat located in the Baby A and B washroom, which poses a hygienic concern.

  Observation. LO noted the following: - only one set of spay bottles containing sanitizer were available and were used between the bathroom and classroom - the lock on the mini fridge was broken - the child proof gate in front of the elevator main floor was missing

  Observation. A sample of children records were reviewed. LO noted a child's record was missing the medical practitioner information.
