Observation. Licensing observed one staff facilitating a music and movement activity using songs through the classroom tablet, the said staff was looking at the tablet to find songs, while another staff was supervising children engaged in tabletop activities. A third staff was occupied signing a child in. During this time, Licensing observed children climbing on cabinets and pulling down a cabinet, which subsequently fell to the ground.

Observation. Licensing observed the following items during today's visit: *A child place an animal figure in their mouth. A staff member removed the toy from the child and placed it back in the toy box without cleaning it. *A staff member using the same single-use glove during the process of diaper changing for a child, this practice poses a risk of cross-contamination.
