  All indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are suitable for the age and development of the children, safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair. [CCLR Sec. 16(4)]

  Observation. LO has revised the compliance date for repairs to the wooden platform in the outdoor play area. The revised date is July 5/21 Additionally, the banister/stair posts are very loose and required repair or replacement. The non-slip boards on the stairs require more screws to allow them to stay in place.

  Observation. Today's inspection revealed a wooden platform in the West side sand area has broken. West Vancouver Municipality Parks department has come out and placed hazard tape around the area. New cement pilings have been poured.
