  Observation. Licensing observed that a log was not being kept of daily playground inspections. Licensee stated that the playground was checked before children played but this had not been recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure a log is kept of all inspections, maintenance and repairs of the outdoor area.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed five children's files. One file contained a photograph that was outdated and could not be used to identify the child in case of an emergancy.

  Corrective action. Ensure a digital image or photograph that could be used to identify the child in case of an emergancy is obtained for each child.
