Observation. Licensing observed the record of monthly fire drill was not record in March 2026, and the yearly emergency plan practice was not record in 2025 or 2026. The manager stated the had conducted the emergency plan practice in summer 2025, and the fire drill in March 2026; however, they did not recorded.
Corrective action. Ensure the record of fire drill and emergency drill are recorded.

Observation. Staff have not been taking child's epipen when they go outdoors.
Corrective action. Ensure medications (emergency) is readily accessible to staff.

Observation. Licensing observed the diaper change area was situated in a corner of the kitchen area. This was corrected during the inspection.
Corrective action. Ensure diaper change area is not situated in a food serving/preparation area.
3060 - CCLR 14(4)(a) - A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a care program described as either Preschool (30 Months to School Age) or Group Child Care (School Age), must have in a community care facility a sturdy surface for changing diapers, located outside the food preparation area, next to a wash basin
Observation. Licensing observed the diaper change area in a corner of the kitchen. This was corrected during the inspection.

Observation. Audit of incident log conducted by Licensing. Last two entries there was not a record of parent notification indicated.
Corrective action. Ensure a record of parent notification of an incident is logged.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(g) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information:(i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency
Observation. Five children's files audited. Photos were missing for all five children. Licensing also reviewed the emergency cards and their photos were not situated in the emergency card location.
Corrective action. Ensure a photograph of each child is available to readily identify a child in the event of an emergency.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(i) - The licensee must develop the care plan in consultation,with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.
Observation. Licensing audit of documentation of child who has a Support Worker indicated there was no care plan developed in consultation with the child's parent. There is Supported Child Care observations and suggestions but no care plan completed by the Licensee in consultation with the parent.
Corrective action. Licensee is to develop a care plan in consultation with the parent and it must be reviewed with the parent on an annual basis.

Observation. Staff reported that they did not have available the Responsible Adult who was working today's documentation.
