    Observation. Licensing reviewed staffing schedule and observed that during staff breaks staffing did not meet requirements in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) programs. ECE and ECEA staff were replaced with Responsible Adults for thirty minutes each day between 11:30- 12:30.

    Corrective action. Ensure that the ratio of employees to children is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
