  Observation. Licensing observed two staff's certificates were not displayed in a prominent place. The licensee contact stated that they were substitute staff and that a copy of the regular staff's certificate was displayed.

  Corrective action. Ensure the certificate of any educator/assistant employed displayed in a prominent place.

  Corrective action. Ensure all staff files requiring educators or assistance hold a valid certificate, Licensee has verified certification.

  Corrective action. Ensure all staff files have evidence of training.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed staffing schedule and observed that during staff breaks staffing did not meet requirements in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) programs. ECE and ECEA staff were replaced with Responsible Adults for thirty minutes each day between 11:30- 12:30.

  Corrective action. Ensure that the ratio of employees to children is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
