Observation. Licensing observed that in one of the GCC (Under 36 Months) program there was eight children with one Infant and Toddler Educator (ITE) and one Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA). One Infant and Toddler Educator (ITE) and one Early Childhood Educator (ECE) is required.

Observation. Licensing observed that there was no log kept of all outdoor inspections from November 24 - 28, 2025.

Observation. Licensing observed that a fire drill conducted in the month of February had not been recorded for one Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program, fire drill had not been recorded since October 2022 for another Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program and a fire drill had not been recorded for December 2022 in another Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program.
Corrective action. Ensure fire records are practiced and recorded monthly.
3020 - CCLR 56(1)(c) - A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child
Observation. Licensing observed children in care had access to plastic bags located underneath the bathroom sink.
Corrective action. Ensure hazards are not accessible to children in care.
3000 - CCLR 17 - A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the certificate of any educator or assistant employed to work in the community care facility.
Observation. Licensing observed that two certificates for an educator and an assistant were not displayed.
Corrective action. Ensure certificates for an educator/ assistant are displayed in a prominent place.
