  Observation. Licensing observed three children under 36 months in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program located upstairs.

  Corrective action. Ensure children attending the facility are divided into groups as permitted in Schedule E.

  Observation. Licensing observed that an Early Childhood Educator working a lone with children in the downstairs program had an expired first aid certificate.

  Corrective action. Ensure children have access to an employee that has a valid first aid certification.

  Observation. Licensing audited four staff files and one staff file was missing one character reference. Staff files are required to have two character references.

  Corrective action. Ensure that all staff files contain two character references.

  Observation. Licensing audited five children's files and three children's file was missing a name of a medical practitioner and contact number and one child's files was missing an emergency contact.

  Corrective action. Ensure that all children's files contain name of a medical practitioner, medical practitioner contact number and emergency contact.
