  Observation. Licensing observed fire drills had not been documented for March 2025. Staff stated they did not practice a fire drill in March.

  Observation. Licensing conducted an routine inspection and was unable to review staff files. None of the staff had access to the staff files and manager away on vacation the week of April 22-26, 2024.

  Corrective action. Ensure records other than those referred to in Sections 56058, in n a place from which they can be retrieved within a reasonable time, on request.
