Observation. Regarding intake dated April 1, 2026. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the Licensee violated the term and conditions on the license by exceeding the maximum capacity of seven children.
Corrective action. Ensure that the licensee operates the community care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety & dignity of persons in care. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On May 15, 2026 Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: children would be picked up from the facility before 2:20 pm to ensure that transfer of care would not overlap and exceed the maximum capacity of seven. The additional child that walked to and from school with the Licensee was no longer registered at the facility. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
