  Observation. Licensing observed one child had a medication form for administering Advil as needed.

  Corrective action. Ensure medication is administered in the amount and times specified by the parent.

  Observation. Licensing tested two sinks in the portable where children access hot water and the temperature was 51. 2 ° Celsius 51.5 ° Celsius . This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. Staff stated they will put up a sign indicating that the hot water should not be used. The staff will notify the Licensee to ensure the water temperature is addressed with the School District. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.

  Corrective action. Ensure children do not have access to water greater than 49 degrees Celsius.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept that includes the name and number for an emergency contact.

  Corrective action. Ensure character references for staff are obtained.
