Observation. Licensing observed a corrective action plan for lead in water was not followed. Manager stated they flushed the water every morning but they did not record it.

3050 - CCLR 48(5) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure
Observation. Licensing observed the attendance records were not showing children's time of arrival.
Corrective action. Ensure current records for each child in care are showing daily attendance indicating for each day whether children were absent, present, time of arrival and departure.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(c) - The licensee must develop the care plan in consultation,with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.
Observation. Licensing observed a care plan for a child who required emergency medication was not developed.
Corrective action. Ensure a care plan is developed in consultation with parent and any person requested by a parent.

Observation. Licensing observed one staff's certificate was not posted in a prominent place.
Corrective action. Ensure a copy of the certificate of the educators and assistants is posted in a prominent place.
