  Observation. Licensing observed a current record regarding implementation of monthly fire drill system was not kept. Licensee Contact stated they implemented the fire drill but not recorded. Last date recorded: March 2024.

  Corrective action. Ensure a current record regarding implementation of monthly fire drill system is kept.

  Observation. Licensing observed records showing daily attendance showing whether the child is absent or present were not kept for one child in care.

  Corrective action. Ensure current records for each child in care showing daily attendance record indicating for each day whether child is absent or present is kept.

• A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact

  Observation. Licensing audited four children's files and one file did not contain a medical practitioner.

  Corrective action. Ensure current records for each child in care showing a medical practitioner are kept.
