  Observation. Manager stated that there was no care plan developed for one child in care with emergency medication.

  Corrective action. Ensure a care plan is developed in consultation with the parent of a child who requires extra support.

• Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

  Observation. Licensing observed an Early Childhood Educator with 16 children in the Group Child Care (School Age) program.

  Corrective action. Ensure the ratio of employees to children is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

  Observation. Licensing performed an audit of 10 children's files this date. One file was missing an emergency contact.

  Corrective action. Ensure children's files contain an emergency contact.

  Observation. Manager stated that the Group Child Care (School Age) program was not going outside daily.

  Corrective action. Ensure children are provided with outdoor active play daily (weather permitted).
