  Observation. Licensing observed that a log of inspections, maintenance and repairs had not been kept for January 2024. Licensee stated she had inspected her play area and not recorded it, this was corrected at time of inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept of all inspections, maintenance & repairs.

  Observation. Licensing audited attendance records for January 16 to 31, 2024. Licensing observed attendance records were missing time of departure for some children in care and did not clearly indicate if a child was absent.

  Corrective action. Ensure a daily attendance record is kept for each child indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
