  Corrective action. Ensure that all staff files are kept in a single place with the facility records.

  Observation. Licensing observed attendance records were missing time of departure for all children in care on February 2, 2022 and January 12, 2022.

  Corrective action. Ensure a current attendance records showing time of arrival and departure of children in care.

  Observation. Licensing observed that a certificate for an Infant Toddler Educator was not displayed in a prominent place at the community care facility. Corrected at time of inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure that a certificate of any educator or assistant employed at the community care facility is displayed in a prominent place in the facility.

  Observation. Licensing observed children bedding that was being used during the week was left on the cots and stacked touching each other. Licensing observed sheets and linen used by different children in care were all piled together on a chair.

  Corrective action. Ensure a program practices the rules of health and hygiene when storing and providing children with bedding and napping equipment.
