    Observation. Licensing observed that the children did not wash their hands prior to snack. Licensing observed the children engaged in a free play before transitioning into snack.

    Observation. Licensing observed Gym B last recorded the fire drill on January 21, 2026. Staff stated that the fire drill was conducted but not recorded.

    Corrective action. Ensure monthly fire drill records are kept current.
