  Observation. Licensing observed children in the nap room whose sleep mats and bedding were touching one another.

  Corrective action. Ensure a program is established in the practice of health and hygiene.

  Observation. Licensing observed that there was no care plan developed for a child with emergency medication on site. Manager stated that the medication had not been required to date.

  Corrective action. Ensure a care plan is developed in consultation with the child's parent for any child requiring extra support.
