  Observation. Licensing reviewed twelve staff files. Four files did not contain evidence that the Educator's certificates were valid.

  Corrective action. Ensure all Educator and Assistant Educators hold a valid certificate issued under Division 2 and that the certificates are verified.

  Corrective action. Ensure that all staff files contain a record of immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing observed that the emergency drill was not recorded. The Manager stated that the annual emergency drill was practiced October 2022.

  Corrective action. Ensure that practiced annually emergency drills are recorded.
