    Observation. Licensing observed that the Licensee's criminal record check (CRC) had expired in March 2022.

    Corrective action. Ensure a valid CRC is obtained for all employees.

    Corrective action. Ensure all persons over the age of 12 who are ordinarily present have a valid CRC.
