    Observation. LO noted one couch in the portable was ripped and in very poor condition making it difficult to clean and sanitize effectively.

    Observation. LO noted cleaning supplies stored inside of an unsecured closet were accessible to children in one of the washrooms in the portable.

    Observation. LO noted the fire extinguishers in the portable and lunch room/main school were not serviced. Due date noted on tag was September 13,2025 LO will review the emergency supplies at the follow-up inspection.

    Observation. LO noted that the fire drills in the portable and lunch room were not practiced and recorded monthly. For some month were no records. The emergency plan was not practiced and a record was not available.

    Observation. There continue to be areas under the climbing equipment with resilient surfacing that is hard packed, and in some places the bare ground is showing through. This does not provide enough coverage to ensure the safety of children using the equipment.

Licensing observed that even there is resilient ground cover is compacted and does not meet the Director of Licensing Standard of Practice - Safe Play Space. for equipment 1.5 meters (5 feet) in height, loose fill material is to be 15 cm (6 inches). For equipment 2.3 meters (7 feet) in height, loose fill material is to be 30 cm (6 inches).

    Observation. Licensing met with the new Manager for the program and discussed the required information when developing a care plan.
