  Observation. Licensing observed that a Responsible Adult (RA) staff members criminal record check had expired August 30, 2024, additionally, Licensing observed a staff file for a substitute Responsible Adult (RA) had also expired January 31, 2025.

  Corrective action. Ensure not to employ a person in a community care facility unless the Licensee has obtained all a criminal record check for the person.

  Corrective action. Ensure ensure that children have at all times immediate access to an employee who holds a valid first aid and CPR certificate, provided on completion of a course that meets the requirements of Schedule C.
