  Observation. Licensing observed adult size pair of scissors accessible to children on teacher's work desk.

  A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

  Observation. No written records of emergency drill for past 2 years.

  Corrective action. Please ensure that emergency drill and fire drills are documented.

  Observation. Insufficient supplies in the emergency bag for maximum number of children and staff.

  Corrective action. Staff said they have supplies that they will refill in the emergency bag to evacuate in the event of emergency.

  Observation. Review of 7 children files observed one child was missing care card number on file.

  Corrective action. Please ensure all children files are complete.
