  Observation. Licensing observed 5 children in care, all 5 children were younger than 48 months old.The licensee regularly uses a Fraser Health form for tracking children in Family Child Care, unfortunately the licensee misunderstood the tracking system.

  Corrective action. Please ensure Schedule E in maintained at all time.

The upstairs washroom is periodically used by children in care; - Spray Air freshener - Spray Medication - Medication
