    Observation. The wood chips under the climbing equipment have broken down and spread out. There is a gap between the blue surfacing and the wood barrier that dips into a trench.

    Observation. The program has the children unpack their lunches onto program plates and a 3 step dishwashing method is not used to sanitize the plates. The nap equipment was stored in the children's bathroom which is not sanitary due to the airborne waste particulate.

    Observation. The decking underlay used in the outdoor area has broken and lifted creating tripping hazards in some areas. Benches are lined up against the fence which creates a step to enable children to climb the fence.

    Observation. The facility was supposed to be a temporary measure until the new facility was built. A this has been significantly delayed the licensee needs to augment the activities in the outdoor space. Recommend activities such as sand play and mud kitchen etc.
