    Observation. The soap dispenser in the washroom with the change table is broken and no alternative soap is available to children in that washroom. The fire alarm cover is broken.

The laundry closet bi-fold door is broken. Staff report rodent droppings frequently present. Staff report roller blind cords dropping and blinds coming out of brackets. Air conditioning unit in window has gaps to the outside.
