    Observation. Licensing observed club chair in the texemay program space to be in a state of disrepair. Upholstery has disintegrated and peeled making chair difficult to clean. Children's faucet in xixits'ay program space is not in proper working order, water only dribbles out of faucet. The condition of the outdoor fencing and gate used by children has deteriorated due to exposure by sun, wind and salt (facility is oceanside).
