  Observation. Facility furnace is in main play area and exposed to children. Items are stored high (AV devices and supply). Children's potty needs deep cleaning.

  Observation. While walking through program, Licensing Officer noted flooring in this program space to be extremely dirty and unhygienic. Manager informed LO that floor was difficult to clean. Floor is in even worse state in children's washroom.

  Observation. Employees do not meet the standards specified. There are no ECEAs currently working in the program and RAs may only cover ECEAs for up to 30 days without exemption. The facility has been operating with RAs covering ECEAs after the 30 day maximum was met.
