  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. LO observed changing mats in 2 classrooms that were torn and in need of replacement.

  Observation. It was observed in a few of the rooms that the attendance list does not match the number of children in the room. It is important that whatever system the center uses to take attendance, it is accurate and up to date at all times.
