The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. Window in classroom has a large ding and the rest of the window is beginning to crack. Facility has used equipment to block children from going near the window for safety reasons. There is potential for this window to completely shatter into the child care space.
