  Observation. Staff's First Aid Certificate expired in 2022.

  Observation. Staff person does not carry a cell phone and does not have any hard copies of photos of the children in care. Enrolment information is all electronic which staff access by laptop. Emergency cards are kept for each child in the first aid kit.
