  Observation. Licensing observed water was missing from the emergency supplies

  Corrective action. The Manager said she will provide a response to licensing to ensure water has been added to the emergency supplies.

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

  Observation. Upon review of the attendance records for the past 3 months, there were 5 departure times not recorded.

  Corrective action. Please ensure the attendance records are complete.

  A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon inspection, licensing officer observed Clorox wipes in the bathroom that were accessible to children.
