Observation. Upon inspection the following was observed in one of the classrooms: - 6 children were not signed in - No children were signed out on September 1, 2021 - There were several Friday's over the past 4 months where children weren't signed out.
Corrective action. Please ensure there is a record, for each child, showing daily attendance, indicating whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
