  The entire outdoor play area is enclosed and constructed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and ensures that children are free of harm. [CCLR Sec. 16(3)(a)(b)]

  Observation. Licensing observed the following in the outdoor play area: - a large hole in the fence on the west side of the children outdoor play area. - a non-childcare play area has various tripping and falling hazards and is accessible to children.

  Observation. Licensing observed an emergency plan was missing.

  Observation. Licensing observed registration forms were completed however consent to call a medical practitioner/ambulance, emergency contact information and immunization status was missing.
