Observation. There are many toys that are broken, missing wheels and parts, sharp edges on broken plastic and debris in the playground space. The Manager shared that new sand is due to be added to the sand box shortly.

The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. Children's beds / mats had small tears and cracks present. In each of the rooms there are several upholstered fabric couches that do not have a removable cover for cleaning.

Observation. There is pea gravel over the entire playground. There are areas that have a very shallow covering, exposing hard packed ground and also making the surface very slippery.
