Observation. The certificates posted did not reflect the staff present.

A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].
Observation. Licensing observed the following: -A stereo with a loose power cord was plugged into the wall above a child's nap mat in the quiet activity room. This presented an entanglement hazard to the children. This issue was corrected during the inspection. -In the washroom, a changing mat placed next to the toilet showed signs of wear and tear, including rips in the vinyl covering. This damage made it difficult to adequately clean and sanitize the mat. - The mat was removed during the inspection. -In the main activity room, near the entrance, there is a shelving unit that is not secured. This poses a tipping hazard to the children. -The kitchen drawers contained push pins and sharp objects that were accessible to children. -The locking mechanism on all bi-fold doors was not engaged, which poses a pinching hazard and was accessible to children. - Outdoor broken wood panel was observed under the cover on the platform by the stairs near the entrance gate.
