    Observation. The Manager informed the LO that after a heavy rain fall on November 9, 2025 leaking in the ceiling tiles were observed in the facility. In the washroom room there was water dripping from the ceiling tile. The facility is using temporary measures to ensure the water does not impact the facility until a new roof and repairs to the ceiling tiles can be completed.

    Observation. Licensing observed one child to have an expired epi-pen for an anaphylaxis care plan. Licensing discussed the importance of the medication and the risk of not having it available should the child develops a life threatening reaction.

    Observation. Complete staff documentation for two staff were unavailable at the time of inspection. Staff Supervisor informed that she has electronic copies of documents. Licensing Officer offered to send a staffing list template to the Supervisor, which can help keep track of all employee related documentation as required by CCLR Sec 19.

    Observation. LO noted the bathroom and kitchen were equipped with spray bottles containing a mixture of soapy water and sanitizer. Licensee stated that sanitizer(bleach)is done daily. Liquid soap and paper towels provided. Licensing observed cords from lamps and fans were not adequately secured to prevent head entrapment.
