  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. LO observed that one couch was in poor condition and could not be properly cleaned and sanitized because the vinyl surface was damaged, exposing the porous material underneath.

  Observation. Licensing observed the fire drill for November 2024, December 2024, and January 2025 were not recorded. Manager stated that she had performed fire drill, but had not recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure a current record is kept for all monthly fire drill.

  Observation. Licensing observed a corrective action plan for lead in water was not followed. Manager stated they flushed the water for two minutes but did not record it, and children do not drink water from the bathroom.

  Observation. Emergency supplies on site. Food was expired. The licensee has a plan to update the emergency kit. Fire extinguisher next service due date is August 6,2025.
