  Observation. Licensing observed two staff files and observed one missing Criminal Record Check through the CRRA.

  Corrective action. Ensure all staff files have a CRC under the Criminal Records Review Act.

  Observation. Licensing audited two staff files and observed one missing character references.

  Observation. Licensing observed the fire drill for October had not been recorded. Licensee stated she had performed the fire drill. Licensing observed this corrected at the time of inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure fire extinguishers are serviced annually.
