Observation. Licensing observed the following: -A toilet paper roll located on top of the toilet poses a hygienic concern. -The stereo wire, which was loosely plugged against the wall above the children's nap cots, posed a strangulation risk. The staff corrected it during the inspection by taping the wire to the wall.

Observation. Licensing was unable to observe any playground inspections. A conversation was held with the staff regarding the backyard and park safety checks. The staff informed Licensing that they conduct safety checks at both the park and the backyard but have not been recording them.

The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. It was observed that the dishwasher had been removed from the kitchen area and the water to this sink was turned off as there appeared to be a leak. The operator is doing the dishes in her upstairs residential kitchen.

Observation. One panel of glass on the stairs to the residence has broken and now creates an opportunity for children to access this off limits area. As noted by the operator's husband, the glass panels on the back upper play ground have one or two areas where the panels have a slight wiggle at the joint area, there also appears to be a slight lean to the glass panels, however, they do not appear to be in danger of falling over. There are wood panels in the fence ( north side near the gate) that are a bit loose.

Observation. There were several indoor area rugs that are turned up at the edges causing a tripping hazard. There is damage on the base boards under the kitchen sink area making it difficult to ensure this area is clean and sanitized. There are rough edges and loose parts.
