    Observation. At the time of inspection, there were two ECEAs present.

    Observation. Licensing observed: - the gate to the kitchen area was not closed nor latched, under the kitchen sink were cleaning chemicals, accessible to children. -the garage door / storage door was not locked- accessible to children. -the latch / closing mechanism on the outdoor gate was not responsive -there is a tower type toy / equipment made of wood, stacked vertically, unsecured creating a tipping hazard.

    Observation. There was what appeared to be a broken wooden cabinet in the corner beside the fence creating an opportunity for children to be able to climb on top and possibly over the fence.
