    Observation. The groups still appear to be operating as one, the south facing door appears to be the main entrance for all children.

    Observation. There are no certificates posted in the West Classroom. There were staff present without certificates posted. One staff has an expired certificate displayed in the East room.

    Observation. There is a book shelf in the west room above the table where the children were eating. This shelf is slanted in such a way as it appears to be tipping over, it is very full of books. There is a book shelf in the east classroom full of books that appeared to be at risk due to the weight of the books, they were not secured. There are carpets with curling edges creating a tripping hazard.

The two multi age programs are operating as one group with no consistent separation between the two.

    Observation. Some of the items have been corrected. The cleaning and sanitizing bottles are within reach of the children. When Licensing arrived it was nap / quiet time. The main room was entirely very dark and the nap music was very loud. The stairs at the side of the house that provide access to the North yard are broken. There are gaps in the pallet fencing at the east side of the walk way to the north yard.

The area under the stairs immediately adjacent to the south entrance is accessible to children, hazards are present and the space poses entrapment concerns.
