  Observation. Licensing observed a criminal record that had expired in August 2024 for a person over the age of 12 years that was normally present; Licensing observed the Licensee state the Criminal Record Review Program had not received information the Licensee had submitted; she had resubmitted the information required and is now waiting for the criminal record check to arrive.

  Corrective action. Ensure not to permit a person over the age of 12 to be ordinarily present on the premises of a community care facility while children are present, unless the person is of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for that person.
