  Observation. Licensing observed the staff in one of the Multi Age program with an expired First Aid Certificate.

  Observation. Licensing observed a gap between the fence and rock wall that was 10"-12" with a fall of 1'-2' below. Licensee stated the chicken wire that was filling the gap had recently broken, causing holes. Until the gap is fixed children will not have access to this part of the yard.

  Corrective action. Ensure the outdoor play space is enclosed in a manner that with ensure children are free from harm.

  Corrective action. Ensure persons over the age of 12 are not permitted to be oridinarily present unless a Criminal Record Check has been completed.
