- A licensee must ensure that the entire outdoor play area is enclosed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and will ensure that children are free of harm
Observation. Licensing observed a gap between the fence and rock wall that was 10"-12" with a fall of 1'-2' below. Licensee stated the chicken wire that was filling the gap had recently broken, causing holes. Until the gap is fixed children will not have access to this part of the yard.
Corrective action. Ensure the outdoor play space is enclosed in a manner that with ensure children are free from harm.
