  Observation. Licensing observed that there were times of departure missing for two children in care. One child was missing the time of departure on June 23, 2021 and June 24, 2021, and the other child was missing the time of departure on June 24, 2021.

  Corrective action. Ensure that, for each child, a record is kept showing the time of arrival and departure. Action/s Required by Licensing: Follow up inspection to be conducted.

  Observation. Licensing observed that there was no care plan in place for a child who required an EpiPen related to a food allergy.
