    Observation. Licensing reviewed five of five staff files. Licensing observed that two staff were missing records of immunization status.

    Corrective action. Ensure that, for each staff, there is a record of immunization status.

    Observation. Licensing observed that a certificate for an early childhood educator assistant was not displayed in a prominent place. Licensee displayed assistant certificate during inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure that certificates of any educator/assistant employed at the facility as displayed in a prominent place.

    Observation. Licensing reviewed five of five staff files. Licensing observed that the certificate of one educator assistant was not validated.

    Corrective action. Ensure that certificates for educators and educator assistants have been verified.

    Observation. Licensing observed that fire drill was not documented for May 2023. Licensee stated that fire drill for May 2023 was not conducted. Licensee and children in care practiced fire drill during Routine Inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure that fire drills are conducted every month.
